FAQs
Is the nutrition plan super strict?
One of the huge benefits of the FITISM 6 week challenge is the fact you get to work with our in-house Nutritionist, Hannah. Hannah will shape the nutrition plan to work specifically for you. So if you are just starting out and want to make small changes so not to make it too strict Hannah will show you how. Equally if you want to drop the most body fat you possibly can Hannah will also show you how. This journey is personal to you so we make sure the nutrition plan supports your individual needs. 
Will I bit fit enough?
No matter where your fitness levels are when you start our expert fitness team will scale every workout to ensure each session meets you where you are at. 
What times are the sessions?
Our gyms are open 6:30/7am to 8/9pm Mon-Friday and 8am to 11am/1pm Sat-Sun. We have fitness sessions available every hour we are open. Sessions with your nutritionist and/or accountability coach are again available during the hours our gyms are open. In summary we have up to 10-20 available sessions throughout every day of the week. 
How do I know I will fit in?
One thing we are incredibly proud of here at FITISM is that of our community. The culture you will find yourself in at FITISM is supportive, welcoming and non-judgemental. Our community and our team are here to support and inspire you to become the best version of you and not judge you in any way.
Can I still join if I have an injury?
90% of the time the answer to this question is yes. Our fitness team are experts in adapting programmes to help support and work around injuries so you can still exercise effectively. However, everyone is different and every injury is different. So with that said the best thing would be to click the button below and chat through your injury(s) during your free consultation before committing to joining the 6 week challenge.
